Shipping Policy

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  If you are ordering cocktails with glassware, the glassware and cocktails will be processed within the 1-3 business day timeframe. 

Processing time may increase to 3 - 5 business days during busy sale period and holiday periods throughout the year, such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas, Easter, Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Please note that express shipping does not affect processing times.

While Australia Post is Australia's most reliable courier, the shipping timelines are not guaranteed. At Mon Verre we do our best to get your glasses to you as soon as possible, but we are cannot be held responsible for any delays in parcels due to Australia Post or other external factors.

Deliveries are made from 9.00am to 5.00pm on Monday to Friday. Customers can track their order via the delivery confirmation email sent from Mon Verre or Australia Post automated delivery notifications.

Express deliveries that include cocktail products may take longer in transit, as alcohol is flammable and not permitted to be transported via air. Please be aware of this when processing your order.

Return to Sender Parcels

All Mon Verre shipping labels are automated based on the information provided by the customer. If a parcel has been returned to sender, the customer will need to contact us via email. Email your details to customerservice@monverre.com.au

If you wish to have your parcel resent to you, there will be a delivery fee associated with this. 

Delivery via standard post will incur a fee of $20.  

Delivery via express post will incur a fee of $30

 

In-store pickup

Mon Verre does not offer in-store pickup or click and collect services.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to New Zealand and United States only.

We do take special request order for countries outside of the standard destinations. For a special request, contact Mon Verre via customerservice@monverre.com.au 

Shipping charges for the above destinations will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mon Verre is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Due to Australian & New Zealand liquor licensing laws, we are not permitted to sell cocktails outside of Australia. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 12 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@monverre.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Mon Verre accepts shipments to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
